Do you have to make a google account to get access on Blogger beta? If so,what do you after you make a google account? I don't really understand how it works.

once you have your google account, go to blogger, loginto bloggerbeta using the same username and password as your google account.
Mr.H, I tried to make a google account, but when I signed into blogger beta, it said that the email address that I used didn't exist. When I'm trying to make a google account what do I put for the email address(username)? Do I use my school number email? I'm really confused and I don't know what to do! On Monday when you have the time can you please help me on how to make a google account? PLEASE!
